E-Commerce Online Assistant/Specialist (posted on 14 July 2021)
- Handle E-commerce administrative duties and develop online growth
- Assist with management and development of company's e-commerce platform(s)
- Design graphic and prepare newsletters
- Assist in product promotions, advertisement and campaigns across various channels
- Ensure product listing information is up to date and consistent across all online e-commerce platforms and ensure all inventory levels are updated on timely basis
- Analyse sales data for the consumer behaviour and trends and propose campaigns and targeting opportunities where appropriate
- Assist in following up with the customer’s order and handle inquires on multiple communication channels
- Follow up on business leads from potential customers
- Any other duties and projects assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience on e-commerce stores or website
- Motivated, independent, self-driven, meticulous and highly detailed oriented
- Possess good insight and business acumen
- Extensive product training will be provided
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hardworking, able to work well independently and as a team
Working hours (5 day work week):
- Mon - Fri: 12noon to 8pm
Work Location: Upper East Coast Road, Singapore
Salary:
- Salary ($1,500.00 - $2,200.00 per month) + AWS
- Salary will commensurate with experience
