E-Commerce Online Assistant/Specialist (posted on 14 July 2021)

  • Handle E-commerce administrative duties and develop online growth 
  • Assist with management and development of company's e-commerce platform(s) 
  • Design graphic and prepare newsletters
  • Assist in product promotions, advertisement and campaigns across various channels
  • Ensure product listing information is up to date and consistent across all online e-commerce platforms and ensure all inventory levels are updated on timely basis
  • Analyse sales data for the consumer behaviour and trends and propose campaigns and targeting opportunities where appropriate
  • Assist in following up with the customer’s order and handle inquires on multiple communication channels
  • Follow up on business leads from potential customers
  • Any other duties and projects assigned by the management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience on e-commerce stores or website 
  • Motivated, independent, self-driven, meticulous and highly detailed oriented
  • Possess good insight and business acumen
  • Extensive product training will be provided
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hardworking, able to work well independently and as a team 

Working hours (5 day work week):

  • Mon - Fri: 12noon to 8pm 

Work Location: Upper East Coast Road, Singapore

Salary:

  • Salary ($2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month) + AWS
  • Salary will commensurate with experience 

    Job Types: Full-time (Part-time may be considered)
